Technical Requirements for Water-saving Irrigation Project

(1) Requirements for micro-irrigation projects:

The water used in micro-irrigation equipment should be purified and filtered strictly; the irrigation should be uniform, if surface runoff cannot be generated; the equipment should be equipped with measuring and controlling equipment and safety protection devices; the capillary of the mobile drip irrigation system used in every hectare of irrigation area should not be less than 900m when the crop is planted by drilling.

(2) Requirements for sprinkler irrigation projects:

Sprinkler irrigation should be uniform, and the leakage and surface runoff should be avoided as far as possible; sprinkler nozzles should be selected properly, and the atomization standard of water during sprinkler irrigation should meet the requirements of crops; if the sprinkler irrigation system adopts pipeline sprinkler irrigation system, there should be control equipment, measurement equipment and protection equipment in the system; the sprinkler irrigation equipment used is translational sprinkler irrigation machine, Central Branch sprinkler irrigation machine or winch sprinkler irrigation machine. When the equipment is running safely and reliably, if the sprinkler irrigation equipment is a small or light unit, it is appropriate to select a single control area of 3 hm2 or 6 hm2.

(3) Requirements to be met for rainwater harvesting and irrigation projects:

Rainwater storage equipment should include catchment, water conveyance, sedimentation, storage, water-saving irrigation and other facilities, and the matching equipment should be reasonable; the reservoir must be treated with anti-seepage, and the special catchment surface should also be laid with anti-seepage materials to improve the efficiency of catchment; the amount of water collected by the project should be sufficient to meet the requirements of irrigation technology for water quantity. For example, when drip irrigation or mulch irrigation is used in irrigation technology, water supply should be guaranteed to meet the requirement of not less than 150 m per hectare.

(4)Requirements for well irrigation areas with low-pressure pipeline water delivery:

Pipelines laid in irrigation areas should be adequate and should not be less than 90 m/h; in the arrangement of branch pipes, the maximum distance between two-way branches is 150 m, and the maximum distance between individual branches is 75 m; the spacing between irrigation outlets should be appropriate and the maximum should not exceed 100 m; the outlets should be linked with hoses and pipes; safety measures should be taken for the pipelines, such as drainage and freeze prevention; if the pipelines are used in spraying. In the irrigation system, the requirements of sprinkler irrigation project should be complied with.

(5) The requirements of the standard for irrigation on film:

When the irrigation area is irrigated with plastic film, the irrigated area should also use the lattice field as far as possible. The specification of the latter is that the plain area should be 60-120 m long and 20-40 m wide, and the hilly area should be adjusted appropriately according to the topography; the uniformity coefficient of irrigation area should be greater than 0.7; attention should be paid to collecting and treating the waste plastic film to prevent pollution.

(6) Requirements for field works for surface irrigation:

When irrigated area is planted in dry land, the length of border field should not exceed 75 m, the width of border should be less than 3 m, and the width of border should be suitable for agricultural machinery operation; when irrigated area is paddy irrigation area, it should adopt grid distribution, the length of lattice field is 60-120 m, the width of lattice field is 20-40 m, and no series irrigation is allowed. If rice is planted on hilly land, the size of grid field can be adjusted appropriately, and the length of irrigation ditch in irrigation area should be suitable, not more than 100 m.

(7) Requirements of water saving irrigation standards for water injection irrigation (including sitting water species):

When water injection irrigation (including sitting water species) is adopted, there should be reliable water intake, transportation and irrigation equipment, and the water supply quantity can meet the water requirement of crops in the optimum irrigation period; when selecting water source, the water source should meet the water requirement of not less than 75 m per hectare per time; the water source should not be more than 500 m from the irrigation area; if animal water is used in water transportation, the distance from the water source to the irrigation area should not be large. At 200m.

(8) Ground mobile hose irrigation shall meet the following requirements:

Irrigation system equipment should be complete and matched reasonably; irrigation area should have stable and reliable water source; mobile hose should be suitable for irrigation, the length should not be greater than 200 m; the length of border field should not exceed 75 m, and the width of each border should not exceed 3 m in the irrigation area with ground mobile hose for irrigation.
